Chargrilled fillet of beef with chive mashed potatoes, glazed vegetables and a red wine sauce

Deboned breast of free-range chicken with chardonnay risotto, tarragon jus and glazed vegetables

A risotto of wild mushrooms with tomato chilli Jam, wild rocket leaf and Parmesan

DESSERTS:

Vanilla Crème Brule

A selection of freshly churned ice creams

Soft centered chocolate pudding with vanilla ice cream

(ADD- a cheeseboard with fruit, preserves and crackers for R25 per head)

Mixed bruschetta
Marinated chicken satays with peanut sauce
Butternut, yoghurt and truffle oil shooters
